Our client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their team in the Auckland Region. The role is a permanent full-time position with one of New Zealand’s Zealand’s trusted insurance providers.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality business analysis to a complex, strategic change agenda.
The environment uses waterfall, agile and hybrid project lifecycle environments.
The role is in Auckland Central city.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business cases to support project initiation
- Managing the business analysis requirements for assigned projects
- Facilitating the development of BA resourcing plans, including identifying the required skill sets and supporting recruiting or contractor selection
- Leading and coordinating analysis work across the work programs
- Coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts to support growth and career development.
