Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their organization in the Otago region. The company is a prominent organization, providing systems and services across a wide range of businesses and business units covering administrative, business intelligence, analysis, and reporting systems, along with functional application software for a wide range of business functions. They are a significant operator and are well established and have sound financials. Separately they have a business transformation project in the planning phases, but this role initially involves the business-as-usual systems. Two professional IT Project Managers are required to support their clients and development teams.
The location for this role is Christchurch.
Ideally the background we are looking for includes:
- Four or more years of project management and business analysis, and experience in IT apps and services.
- Proven track record of seeing projects through to implementation and successful operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong customer focus and good technical awareness
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Skills to identify cause and accountability of problems and effective solutions
- Ability to influence at various levels
You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. There is an attractive remuneration package for the right candidate – with potential between $120k and $140K.
