Our client is seeking two IT Business Analysts to join their prominent organization in Otago. The organization provides systems and services across a wide range of businesses and business units covering administrative, business intelligence, analysis, and reporting systems, together with functional application software for a wide range of business functions. They are a significant operator and are well established and have sound financials. Separately they have a business transformation project in the planning phases, but this role initially involves the business-as-usual systems.
There is an attractive remuneration package for the right candidate – with potential between $110k and $130K.
The location for this role is in Christchurch.
Ideally the background we are looking for includes:
- Four or more years of business analyst, business intelligence, and project management experience in IT apps and services.
- Proven track record of seeing projects through to implementation and successful operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong customer focus
- Good technical awareness
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Skills to identify cause and accountability of problems and effective solutions
- Ability to influence at various levels
